Atea Finland has won a large frame agreement with Tiera Oy, a procurement agency for the public sector in Finland. Atea Finland will provide a broad range of hardware, software and services to the Finnish municipalities, education sector and to wellbeing services counties under the frame agreement. The frame agreement will take force on September 3rd, 2024. Deliveries under this new agreement are expected to start already in September 2024.

The term of the agreement is four years. Atea is the sole supplier under the frame agreement. The agreement is a continuation of a previous agreement, which has been in effect until the signing of this new agreement. The old agreement ends when the new agreement takes force. The expected size of the frame agreement is between EUR 780 million and EUR 1,160 million over the term, which is doubling the value of the previous agreement.

“We are very honored to serve as a trusted partner for Tiera Oy and to provide solutions tailored for municipalities, education sector and wellbeing services counties in Finland," commented Juha Sihvonen, Managing Director of Atea Finland.
