Atea receives ESG Transparency Award from EUPD Research

Oslo – Atea today announced that the company has been honored with the ESG Transparency Award from EUPD Research, achieving the prestigious “Excellence Class” for its transparent reporting. Additionally, Atea has been recognized with the “Leading Companies” winner status, an accolade reserved for top companies by country, size, and industry.

Transparent reporting strengthens trust and enables customers to make informed, sustainable choices based on reliable data. As the business landscape increasingly prioritizes sustainability, Atea’s approach ensures its customers are better equipped to navigate these changes and create lasting value.

Atea has received multiple awards for its sustainability work since the start of the year.

  • Atea was ranked among the world’s top 100 most sustainable companies by the esteemed research and media company Corporate Knights.
  • Atea was recognized for its leadership in corporate transparency and climate change performance by the global environmental non-profit CDP, earning a place on its annual “A List.”
  • For the fifth consecutive year, Atea received a platinum rating for environmental and social performance from EcoVadis, placing Atea among the top 1% of more than 130,000 companies evaluated.
  • Atea was recognized among the “World’s Most Sustainable Companies 2024”, based on a new ranking by global media brand TIME and Statista R.
  • The Financial Times, in collaboration with data powerhouse Statista, recognized Atea among European companies making significant strides in reducing greenhouse gas emissions. This is the third time Atea has received this recognition.
