Atea Sweden has won a large new agreement as a strategic IT partner for nine municipalities in the Dalarna region. Atea Sweden will act as a comprehensive partner to support the IT environments and digitalization initiatives of these municipalities. The agreement covers a wide range of hardware, software and services.

“We are proud to have been selected as the strategic IT partner for nine municipalities in the Dalarna region. As a strategic IT partner, we can take a comprehensive approach to our customers’ requirements and provide them with holistic advice on how to develop their IT environments over time. As an IT operations provider for the municipalities, we enable our customers to focus fully on delivering public services,” commented Linus Wallin, Managing Director of Atea Sweden.

Atea is the sole supplier on the frame agreement. The frame agreement has a term of two years with a possible extension for another two years. The frame agreement has not previously existed in its current form, but Atea has historically provided IT products and services to these customers on other public sector contracts. Total sales under the frame agreement are expected to be at least MSEK 200 per year.
