Correction - Mandatory notification of trade

With reference to stock announcement dated 18 July 2023. The number of shares acquired should be 140,000, and not 20,000 as reported on 18 July 2023. In addition, the acquirer was Consolidated Holdings A/S, not Systemintegration ApS. 

Corrected version:
On July 18, 2023, Consolidated Holdings A/S acquired 140,000 shares in Atea ASA at a price of NOK 136.83. Board member Lone Kunøe is a shareholder in Consolidated Holdings A/S. Following the transaction, Lone Kunøe and close associates’ control 32,085,145 shares in Atea ASA, representing 28.6% of the share capital.
