Exercise of employee share options in Atea ASA ("the Company")

1. Employees in the Atea Group have exercised 288,024 options.
Following the share option exercise the Board of Directors, pursuant to authorization granted by the Company's Annual General Meeting, has decided to increase the Company's share capital by NOK 288,024 by issuing 288,024 new shares, of par value NOK 1.|
Following the increase, the Company's share capital is NOK 109,708,413 divided into 109,708,413 shares. The weighted average option exercise price is NOK 61,63.

2. Options exercised by primary insiders 24 October 2019:
August Baumann has exercised 70,000 options in the Company, corresponding to 70,000 shares at the strike price of NOK 81,49.
Lorna Stangeland has exercised 50,000 options in the Company, corresponding to 50,000 shares at the strike price of NOK 77,00.
Robert Giori has exercised 66,667 options in the Company, corresponding to 66,667 shares at the strike price of NOK 33,50.

3. Transfer of rights and sale of shares
The primary insiders mentioned above transferred their rights to receive shares resulting from the exercise of options to a third party. All shares resulting from the option exercise, has been sold.  The payment has been determined based on a selling price of NOK 117,53 per share.

4. New holding
After exercising options, August Baumann holds 210,000 options and 2,200 shares in the Company.
After exercising options, Lorna Stangeland holds 150,000 options and 0 shares in the Company.
After exercising options, Robert Giori and close associates holds 510,000 options and 14,327 shares in the Company.
