Exercise of employee share options in Atea ASA ("the Company")

Employees in the Company have on 22 October 2020 exercised 138,000 options. The options had an average strike price of NOK 86.45. Each share option corresponds to one share. Pursuant to authorization granted by the Company’s Annual General Meeting the Company’s share capital will be increased by NOK 138,000 by issuing 138,000 new shares, of par value NOK 1.00. Following the increase, the Company’s share capital is NOK 110,119,046 divided into 110,119,046 shares.

The sales amount will be finally determined on the basis of the price subsequently obtained by a third party in the market, and will be announced in a separate stock exchange notice when known.

No options have been exercised by primary insiders.
