Exercise of employee share options in Atea ASA ("the Company")

Employees in the Atea Group have exercised 12,633 options.
With reference to the share repurchase program announced on 17 September 2021, Atea have used 12,633 of its own shares to fulfill the company's obligations under its employee stock option agreements. Following this transaction, the company holds 897,567 of its own shares. No primary insiders have exercised options.
