Grant of share options to primary insider in Atea ASA

On 28 April 2020, Kathrine Forsberg (Managing Director, Atea Denmark) was granted 70,000 share options in Atea ASA.  The share options vest on 28 April 2023 and have a strike price of NOK 90.00.  Following the grant, Kathrine Forsberg holds 82.000 options in Atea ASA.
