Key information relating to cash dividend to be paid by Atea ASA

As communicated to the Annual General Meeting on April 26, 2018, Atea ASA will pay a second instalment of the annual dividend to shareholders. Details of this dividend payment are as follows:

Dividend amount:                           3.25 per share
Declared currency:                         NOK
Last day including right:                 18.10.2018
Ex-date:                                         19.10.2018
Record date:                                  22.10.2018
Payment date:                               06.11.2018
Date of approval:                           19.09.2018

For Norwegian tax purposes, the dividend shall be considered as repayment of paid in capital.
