Key information relating to cash dividend to be paid by Atea ASA

As communicated to the Annual General Meeting on April 30, 2019, Atea ASA will pay a second instalment of the annual dividend to shareholders. Details of this dividend payment are as follows:

Ex-date:                                 24.10.2019
Record date:                          25.10.2019
Payment date:                       06.11.2019
Date of approval:                   22.08.2019

For Norwegian tax purposes, the dividend shall be considered as repayment of paid in capital.
