Additionally, on September 15, 2016, L1 Holding ApS acquired 30,000 shares of Atea ASA at an average price of of NOK 79.085.

L1 Holding ApS is owned and controlled by Lone Kunøe, who is CEO of System Integraton ApS.

Following the transaction, System Integration ApS holds 26,288,510 shares in Atea ASA, representing approx. 25.0% of the share capital. Ib Kunøe and close associates hold 26,636,210 shares in Atea ASA, representing approx. 25.3% of the share capital.
