On October 24, 2019, System Integration ApS acquired 25,000 shares in Atea ASA at an average price of NOK 117.71. System Integration ApS is indirectly owned and controlled by Ib Kunøe, primary insider and the Chairman of the Board of Atea ASA. Following the transaction, Ib Kunøe and close associates hold 27,432,548 shares in Atea ASA, representing 25% of the share capital.
