On October 21, 2020, Systemintegration ApS, controlled by Ib Kunøe acquired 161,646 shares in Atea ASA at an average price of NOK 113.18. Ib Kunøe is primary insider and the Chairman of the Board of Atea ASA. Following the transaction, Ib Kunøe and close associates controls 28,096,364 shares in Atea ASA, representing 25.5% of the share capital.
