On May 7, 2021, Systemintegration ApS, controlled by Ib Kunøe acquired 427,000 shares in Atea ASA at an average price of NOK 151. Ib Kunøe is primary insider and the Chairman of the Board of Atea ASA. Following the transaction, Ib Kunøe and close associates controls 29,695,333 shares in Atea ASA, representing 26.5% of the share capital.
