On March 9, 2022, L1 Holding ApS, owned by Lone Schøtt Kunøe acquired 14,300 shares in Atea ASA at an average price of NOK 128.99.  Lone Schøtt Kunøe is closely associate with primary insider and the Chairman of the Board of Atea ASA, Ib Kunøe.

The shares in Atea ASA owned by Central European Food Production Company ApS and L1 Holding ApS are controlled by primary insider and the Chairman of the Board of Atea ASA, Ib Kunøe with a voting agreement.

On March 9, 2022, Systemintegration ApS, controlled by Ib Kunøe acquired 106,431 shares in Atea ASA at a price of NOK 129.72. Ib Kunøe is primary insider and the Chairman of the Board of Atea ASA.

Following these transactions, Ib Kunøe and close associates controls 30,962,297 shares in Atea ASA, representing 27.6% of the share capital.
