Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements on 10 February 2017 and 22 February 2017 regarding the exercise of employee share options in Atea ASA. The shares issued by Atea ASA to employees who exercised share options were transferred on 24 February 2017.

On 24 February 2017, Chief Financial Officer Robert Giori sold 33000 shares of Atea ASA at an average price of NOK 90.50. Following this transaction, Robert Giori holds 10000 shares and 226667 share options in Atea ASA. Robert Giori and close associates hold 12000 shares and 226667 share options in Atea ASA.
