New Managing Director in Atea Norway

Ole Petter Saxrud has been appointed as Managing Director in Atea Norway, effective immediately. He replaces Michael Jacobs, who is leaving Atea.  We want to thank Michael for his contribution to the development of Atea.

Ole Petter joined Atea in March 2020 as General Manager of Region East in Norway.  Region East is the largest region in Norway, covering Oslo and the surrounding population. In addition, Ole Petter has had overall responsibility for the professional services business in Norway during the past year. 

Prior to joining Atea, Ole Petter worked for the IT consultancy Sopra Steria from 2008 - 2020, most recently in the position of Director of Infrastructure Consultancy.  He has also previously worked as an IT director within Verisure.  Ole Petter served in the Norwegian military for 10 years, with responsibilities for leadership training, intelligence and security.
