Atea Sweden has entered a new public sector frame agreement with the Region Västra Götaland (VGR). Västra Götaland is the second largest administrative region in Sweden and includes the city of Gothenburg and surrounding area.

The frame agreement covers the sale of PCs and related services. The term of the agreement is one year, with a possible extension of up to an additional two years. Estimated sales under the frame agreement are SEK 275 million per year.

Atea Sweden is the sole supplier on the frame agreement. The frame agreement with VGR was signed on January 19, and is now active. The frame agreement replaces a prior frame agreement, which was held by a competitor and has now expired.

"We are grateful to have been awarded the new frame agreement with Region Västra Götaland and look forward to providing their employees with PCs and services of the highest quality," commented Linus Wallin, Managing Director of Atea Sweden.
