Norwegian Armed Forces extends frame agreement with Atea

Reference is made to the Atea ASA stock exchange notice of December 22, 2014 regarding a new frame agreement with the Norwegian Armed Forces. The frame agreement covers the delivery of IT equipment and associated services to the Armed Forces’ secure IT platforms. 

The Norwegian Armed Forces has exercised an option to extend its frame agreement with Atea for another two years. This extension to the frame agreement covers the calendar years 2020 and 2021 and has a value of approximately NOK 500 million per year. This is the final extension option on the frame agreement.
