Purchase of shares by primary insider

On October 23, 2020, Chief Financial Officer Robert Giori purchased 2,000 shares of Atea ASA at an average price of NOK 114.90, and transferred the shares to close associates. The shares are held in the investment account of his daughters Serena and Christina.  Following this transaction, Robert Giori holds 12,327 shares and 610,000 share options in Atea ASA.  Robert Giori and close associates hold 16,327 shares and 610,000 share options in Atea ASA.
