Atria Plc's Annual Report, Corporate Governance Statement, Remuneration Report and CR Report 2020 have been published

Atria Plc's Annual Report, Corporate Governance Statement, Remuneration Report and CR Report for 2020 have been published. They are now available in Finnish at www.atria.fi/konserni/sijoittajat/ and in English at www.atria.fi/en/group/investors/. The Annual Report includes Atria Plc Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report.

In addition, Atria Plc has published the Corporate Responsibility Report 2020 in Finnish at www.atria.fi/konserni/vastuullisuus/yritysvastuun-raportointi/ and in English at www.atria.fi/en/group/corporate-responsibility/corporate-responsibility-reporting/.

Atria Plc has for the first time published the Financial Statement as an XHTML file in Finnish language in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. In line with the ESEF requirements, the Group’s primary statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The ESEF report has not been audited.
