It has now been confirmed that Andreas Malmsäter will become the Business Area Director for Leasing, a new role that has been created at Atrium Ljungberg. He joins the company from Fabege, where he has been the Head of Leasing since 2015.

“It’s with great pleasure that I welcome Andreas to the company as Business Area Director for Leasing. He has extensive experience of this industry and will bring so much to the company. Atrium Ljungberg’s Agenda 2030 includes investing SEK 30 billion in our own development projects by the year 2030. Leasing is a key factor in enabling us to realise the potential of our incredible project portfolio,” says Annica Ånäs, CEO of Atrium Ljungberg.

Andreas has many years’ experience of similar positions at Fabege and Tenant & Partner and has been working as the Head of Leasing at Fabege since 2015. His role will include overall responsibility for the strategic leasing work at Atrium Ljungberg and he will be in charge of the company’s Leasing Department.  Andreas will start his job in the end of August 2022 and will become a new addition to Atrium Ljungberg’s executive management team.
