The property company Atrium Ljungberg has today concluded an agreement for the sale of its Skotten 6 property, also known as Glashuset, on Drottninggatan in Stockholm. At the Board Meeting on 23 March 2022, the Board of Directors of Atrium Ljungberg decided to use the authorisation to buy back its own shares, which was granted at the Annual General Meeting of the same day.Acquisitions may only take place, on one or several occasions, of Series B shares in Atrium Ljungberg, although no later than the 2023 Annual General Meeting. Atrium Ljungberg's first condominium project gives better result than expected

In 2019 Atrium Ljungberg started its first condominium project, Brf Sicklastråket, on Nobelberget in Sickla in Nacka. The project included 68 apartments. The condominium apartments are sold out and the move-in took place before year-end 2020. The investment amounted to SEK 310 million. In connection with Atrium Ljungberg now finally handing over the project to the tenant-owner association, the profit recognition is made.
