Atrium Ljungberg's first condominium project gives better result than expected
In 2019 Atrium Ljungberg started its first condominium project, Brf Sicklastråket, on Nobelberget in Sickla in Nacka. The project included 68 apartments. The condominium apartments are sold out and the move-in took place before year-end 2020. The investment amounted to SEK 310 million.
In connection with Atrium Ljungberg now finally handing over the project to the tenant-owner association, the profit recognition is made. The result for the project amounts to SEK 91 million and is reported in the report for the second quarter of 2021.
The result for the condominium project is better than expected and meas that the company's result before changes in value in the quarter amounts to approximately SEK 370 million.
