The Board of Directors of Atrium Ljungberg AB has decided to acquire its own shares
At the Board Meeting on 23 March 2022, the Board of Directors of Atrium Ljungberg decided to use the authorisation to buy back its own shares, which was granted at the Annual General Meeting of the same day.
Acquisitions may only take place, on one or several occasions, of Series B shares in Atrium Ljungberg, although no later than the 2023 Annual General Meeting. In total Atrium Ljungberg can only acquire class B shares to the extent that the company after each buy back, will hold a maximum of 10 per cent of all the shares in the company. Atrium Ljungberg’s current holding is 6,919,875 shares. Acquisitions may only take place at a price within the share price interval registered at any given time, which means the difference between the highest buying price and the lowest selling price. Payment of the shares shall be mad in cash.
The purpose of this authorisation is to give the Board more flexibility in its work on the company’s capital structure, and thereby contribute to an increased shareholder value.
