Moody’s confirms Atrium Ljungberg Baa2 rating but changes its outlook from stable to negative

In the light of rising market interest rates and financing costs along with the assessment that property prices are falling in the market, Moody’s has decided to update Atrium Ljungberg’s outlook from stable to negative with the justification that both our interest coverage ratio and loan-to-value ratio are challenged.
