Moody's confirms Atrium Ljungberg's rating, Baa2 with negative outlook

Report this content

In April 2023, Moody’s confirmed Atrium Ljungberg’s rating at Baa2 but changed the outlook from stable to negative. Moody’s has now confirmed an unchanged rating, i.e., Baa2 with a negative outlook.

The rating reflects the high quality of the property- and project portfolio, a well-diversified customer structure, a stable balance sheet, and a good financial position. Atrium Ljungberg strives for well-diversified financing in terms of both funding sources and maturities, and therefore the rating is important.

“The fact that the market has confidence in us and understands our business and long-term approach is a crucial prerequisite for future investments", says Ulrika Danielsson, Atrium Ljungberg’s CFO.
