About Us

Pamela S. Gockley holds an AAS degree in Business Management and a BS degree in Political Science from Kutztown University, Kutztown, PA. During her business career, she has been involved in the creation of eight businesses, which includes seven start-ups and one acquisition. She has advised and mentored many other businesses, both established and start-ups. Pam was selected by then-Governor Rendell as one of 50 Outstanding Business Women in Pennsylvania for 2004. In 2005, she was named Entrepreneur of the Year by the Small Business Development Center at Kutztown University. She is a frequent and popular guest speaker for business groups, conferences, corporations, and non-profit organizations. In 1996, Pam and her business partner, now husband, Dean Hornberger, formed Vigilant Internet Services Corp. In 2004, Vigilant Internet Services Corp. was renamed Vigilant Corporation.
