Avensia launches e-commerce for Apohem
Avensia and Apohem, one of Sweden’s leading online pharmacies, have worked on a new e-commerce platform during the past couple of months. Customer experience, performance, scalability and efficient handling of product information have been prioritized during the project.
Avensia have delivered technical expertise combined with a KPI-based focus on business and strategy, to the new site apohem.se which is now live.
- Apohem is a fast-growing online pharmacy. We need to combine commercial and technical best practice with compliance with very specific and important security and integrity requirements, which apply when you handle pharmaceuticals. Avensia have built some of Sweden’s most successful e-commerce sites (such as Lyko.se and Skincity.se) and now we are building customer experiences online, which we think that our customers will love, says, Gustav Hasselgren, CEO at Apohem.
Apohem’s new e-commerce infrastructure is built with Avensia’s framework Storefront Nitro as the core, giving Apohem both fast time-to-market and powerful performance. The solution is built on Episerver DXP (Digital Experience Platform) and is using inRiver PIM for product information management and Apptus eSales for personalization.
