WHAT: Toontrack has announced that Superior Drummer 2.0, EZ Drummer, EZkeys and the EZmix 2 studio effects bundle are now compatible 64-bit AAX (Avid Audio eXtension) Native plug-ins for Avid Pro Tools 11.
- Superior Drummer 2.0, the company’s flagship professional drum sampler with more than 20GB of samples, was recorded in New York's Avatar studios.
- EZ Drummer, which includes 5GB of drum samples and 8,000 MIDI drum patterns, enables quick and easy drum production.
- EZkeys is a plug-in and stand-alone instrument that combines a world-class piano player, songwriting partner, arranger and a meticulously sampled instrument, all in one package.
- EZmix 2 effects bundle includes pro-designed effect chains for instruments and channels found in every recording session, combined in one powerful mixing tool.
The latest version of Pro Tools, the most used and trusted DAW in the industry, provides exponentially
improved AAX plug-in performance over prior versions, time-saving capabilities such as offline bounce to
disk, and complete sound parity when sharing sessions between DSP-accelerated and native-based Pro
Tools systems.
