Laying hens at the Swedish Livestock Research Center (SLU Lövsta), where the Future Feed is being tested. The soy-free feed, using Swedish, resource-efficient mycoprotein produced from food industry side streams, is evaluated for its effects on animal health and productivity. The goal is to reduce the environmental impact of feed, reduce resource waste, and strengthen domestic resilience.
