Svensk Baljväxtfärs - pasta bolognese

Idén till Svensk Baljväxtfärs föddes på Torsåker gård, Axfoundations testgård och utvecklingscentrum för framtidens hållbara livsmedelsproduktion. Baljväxtfärsen består av sötlupin, åkerböna, gråärt och rester från kallpressad rapsproduktion samt lite salt. Inget mer. Färsen är full av proteiner med bra aminosyraprofil och fibrer som vi annars får i oss för lite av.
