The Board withdraws the proposal regarding long-term incentive program

Gothenburg 6 May 2020

The Board for Azelio AB (publ) has decided to withdraw the previously communicated proposal to the Annual General meeting 2020 regarding a long-term incentive program to the CEO and certain members of the executive management in Azelio, in total eight persons.

The reason for the decision is that the Board believe that the program should be extended with respect to the number of warrants that can be offered to the participants in the program.

The Board will call for an extra general assembly and propose that the extra assembly decides on a revised long-term incentive program. The summon for the extra general assembly will be published as soon as the Board has made its decision.

The annual general meeting will be held 14 May 2020.
