B3 Consulting Group has decided on an early redemption of B3 Consulting Poland

B3 Consulting Group AB (publ) has previously communicated that a redemption of the remaining shares in the associated company B3 Consulting Poland would take place no later than the end of 2025. An agreement has now been signed with the decision to carry out the redemption in August, which means that the company will become part of the group at the end of August 2024.The transaction means that B3 Consulting Group’s volume and EBIT will grow significantly from September 1, 2024. Furthermore, this early redemption allows B3 to plan and implement measures this fall to stimulate further
