Increased number of shares and votes in Bactiguard Holding AB (publ)
In June 2014 the number of shares and votes in Bactiguard has increased by 12,786,373 Class B shares and the same number of votes. As earlier announced, the change in the number of shares and votes is a result of the new issues made in relation to the offer to acquire Class B shares in Bactiguard in connection with the listing of the company's Class B shares on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
The share capital in Bactiguard, as per 30 June 2014, amounts to SEK 832,559 divided into 29,302,373 Class B shares representing one vote each (29,302,373 votes) and 4,000,000 Class A shares representing ten votes each (40,000,000 votes). As per 30 June 2014, the total number of shares and votes in Bactiguard amounts to 33,302,373 shares and 69,302,373 votes.
