Bambuser’s Chairman Acquires Shares and Stock Options for 15.3 MSEK

Stockholm - 24 August 2021 - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Joel Citron, increased his holding in Bambuser AB through acquisition of shares and stock options via his US-based investment company TAH Management LP (“Tenth Avenue”). The transactions occurred off-exchange on 20 August 2021 and are worth a total of 15.3 MSEK.

The transactions were made between Tenth Avenue and several insiders for private financial reasons. The sellers are Maryam Ghahremani (CEO), Jesper Funck (CPO) and Carl Kinell (Board Member). The transaction with Ms. Ghahremani represents only seven percent of her holdings in Bambuser. She remains a dedicated CEO and long-term shareholder and owns, after the sale, 527,917 shares and 7,636,071 options in the company.

The chairman has announced that he is open to further increasing his holding in the future.
