Bambuser sells discontinued banking solution

On 16 September 2019, Bambuser AB announced that it has completed the acquisition of Viddget, a software company that develops live meeting services aimed primarily at businesses operating in the telecom and banking sector. Following the acquisition, Viddget discontinued the further development of its services. 

Today, Bambuser has entered into a one-time purchase agreement with FirstBank, Viddget's largest customer, to a value of EUR 400,000 (approx. SEK 4 million). The agreement gives FirstBank the right to use and further develop Viddget’s banking solution in its own operations without any time constraints.
