Bang & Olufsen’s Board of Directors recommend a change of voting procedures to the Board and the election of Rolf Eriksen, the CEO of H&M to the Board

In connection with Bang & Olufsen a/s’ Annual General Meeting on Friday 26 September 2008, the company’s Board of Directors will propose that the Articles relating to elections to the Board of Directors be changed so that all board members are up for election every year.At the same time, the Board of Directors propose that Rolf Eriksen, the CEO of H&M Hennes & Mauritz AB, be elected to the Board. Rolf Eriksen has worked for the H&M Group for the past 22 years, the past eight as CEO.- Rolf Eriksen is responsible for a group with approx. 70,000 employees, 1,500 shops across the world and a
