Baseload Power Japan appoints new Representative Director
Baseload Power Japan welcomes Petter Sund as new Representative Director.
Baseload Power Japan is pleased to announce that Petter Sund has been named Representative Director for the company. Petter has 10 years of experience in the Japanese market, as well as management experience in Sweden and Taiwan, and will be responsible for leading Baseload Power Japan’s work to develop the country’s vast geothermal resources.
Petter brings his extensive expertise in promoting start-ups, new industries and sustainability platforms to the position. He is also passionate about increasing awareness of the vital role geothermal energy can play in reaching Japan’s carbon neutral target for 2050. He holds a MSc degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University, Sweden, with engineering exchange studies at Saitama University in Japan. Prior to joining Baseload, he served as Business Sweden’s Market Manager in Taiwan.
