Increased number of shares and votes in Bergs Timber

In connection with the directed rights issue resolved by the Board on June 27 2019, on the basis of the issue authorization approved by the Annual General Meeting on May 8 2019, the number of shares and votes in Bergs Timber AB (publ) (“Bergs Timber”) increased by 5,940,594 during July. After completed registration of the shares the total number of shares and votes in Bergs Timber as of July 31 2019 totals 346,728,283. After the registration the share capital in Bergs Timber equals 346,728,283 SEK.
