    QUARTER APRIL – JUNE 2026 · Group revenue was EUR 310.2 (303.7) million, an increase of 2%. Organic increase of 6%. · Casino revenue increased by 2%. Sportsbook revenue increased by 1% and the sportsbook margin was 10.5% (9.5%).  · EBITDA was EUR 58.5 (84.1) million, a decrease of 31%. The EBITDA margin was 18.8% (27.7%). · Operating income (EBIT) was EUR 42.2 (69.0) million, a decrease of 39%. The EBIT margin was 13.6% (22.7%). · Net income was EUR 30.4 (49.2) million, corresponding to EUR 0.22 (0.36) per share. · Operating cash flow was EUR 60.4 (41.1) million. ·

    On 7 May 2026, the Annual General Meeting of Betsson AB resolved on the cancellation of 3,094,000 Class B shares previously repurchased by the company. The cancellation was carried out in May 2026. As of 29 May 2026, the number of shares in Betsson AB thus amounts to a total of 139,635,838 and the number of votes to a total of 274,941,838.     Preliminary results for the first quarter of 2026

    According to preliminary reporting, Betsson's revenue is expected to amount to EUR 285 million (MEUR) for the first quarter of 2026 (EUR 294 million in Q1 2025).     Betsson to acquire B2C business licensed in Canada and B2B technology to add scale and expand growth opportunities

    Betsson has agreed to acquire Rhino Entertainment Group’s B2C business licensed in Canada as well as a set of technology assets for its B2B operations. The total purchase price is EUR 64.5 million, which corresponds to a multiple of approximately 4.7x EV/EBITDA based on proforma results for the target business during 2025.
