Annual and sustainability report 2020

Betsson AB publishes its 2020 Annual and sustainability report. The report is available in the pdf attached to this press release and can be downloaded on the Company website: www.betssonab.com.

Betsson’s sustainability report for 2020 is an integral part of the annual report. This year an updated sustainability framework is presented, including a description of long-term goals and ambitions for each of the focus areas together with a number of KPI’s. The focus areas are Responsible Gaming, Business Compliance, Employee Impact, Social Impact and Climate Impact. Furthermore, as from 2020 Betsson reports sustainability data according to Global Reporting Initiatives (GRI) Standards. 

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 5 May, 2021. Due to the spread of the coronavirus, the Board of Directors has decided that the Annual General Meeting shall be held without the physical presence of shareholders, proxies and other third parties and that voting rights may only be exercised by postal voting before the Annual General Meeting. Post voting forms for shareholders who wish to vote will be made available on the Company’s website www.betssonab.com.
