BETSSON ANNOUNCES THAT THE CONDITION FOR THE EARLY REDEMPTION OF BONDS OF SERIES 2019/2022 HAS BEEN FULFILLED

On 21 June 2022, Betsson AB (publ) (the “Company”) provided notice that it intends to redeem in full the outstanding bonds of series 2019/2022 with ISIN SE0013110814 (the “Early Redemption” and the “Bonds”, respectively).

The Early Redemption was conditional upon successful settlement of the Company’s issue of new bonds, as further described in the Company’s press release on 15 June 2022. This condition has been fulfilled and the Early Redemption is therefore no longer conditional. The Early Redemtion will hence occur on 18 July 2022 and the redemption amount will be paid to each person who is registered as owner of Bonds in the debt register maintained by Euroclear Sweden at the end of business on 11 July 2022.
