Betsson considers issuance of new senior unsecured bonds

Betsson AB (publ) (“Betsson”) has mandated Nordea as Global Coordinator and Nordea and Swedbank as Joint Bookrunners to arrange credit investor meetings commencing on 1 September 2023 to investigate the possibility to issue new EUR denominated senior unsecured bonds with a tenor of three years and an expected issue size of EUR 50-75 million. A capital markets transaction will follow, subject to market conditions.

The proceeds from the contemplated transaction will be used for general corporate purposes including acquisitions.
