BETSSON ISSUES BONDS OF EUR 90 MILLION AND ANNOUNCES RESULTS FROM TENDER OFFER OF OUTSTANDING BONDS
Betsson AB (publ) (the “Company” or “Betsson”) has successfully issued senior unsecured bonds to a total amount of EUR 90,000,000 under a framework of up to EUR 250,000,000 with a tenor of three years, a floating interest rate of EURIBOR three months plus 650 bps and final maturity date in June 2025 (the “New Bonds”).

Betsson further announces the results of the tender offer (the “Tender Offer”) to the holders of Betsson’s outstanding senior unsecured floating rate bonds maturing on 26 September 2022 with ISIN SE0013110814 and an outstanding amount of SEK 1,000,000,000 (the “Bonds”). The Tender Offer expired at 15.45 CEST on 15 June 2022. Bonds in an aggregate amount of SEK 700,000,000 have been validly tendered and accepted by the Issuer.
Betsson will complete the Tender Offer and the price for the Bonds in the Tender Offer amount to 100.50 per cent of the nominal amount per Bond. Betsson will also pay accrued and unpaid interest from, but excluding, the previous interest payment date until, and including, the settlement date for the Tender Offer. Settlement date for the Tender Offer is expected to occur on 23 June 2022.
Nordea has acted as dealer manager and sole bookrunner in connection with the issue of the New Bonds and the Tender Offer and Gernandt & Danielsson has acted as legal counsel.
