Information and exchange rate regarding the first redemption procedure 2023 in Betsson AB (publ)

The Annual General Meeting 2023 of Betsson AB (publ) decided on two separate redemption procedures to take place during 2023. The first redemption procedure is taking place between 19 May and 15 June 2023. The redemption cash payment was decided in EUR but will be paid to shareholders in SEK. The exchange rate for the cash payout in the first redemption procedure will be EUR/SEK: 11.3099.

Dividend:

Payment to shareholders is made at EUR 0.218 per redemption share and occasion, corresponding to a total of EUR 0.436 for the two redemption procedures. The cash payment of the redemption proceeds will be carried out in SEK. The exchange rate for the cash payout on 15 June 2023 will be EUR/SEK: 11.3099.
