Information regarding the second redemption procedure 2023 in Betsson AB (publ)

The Annual General Meeting 2023 of Betsson AB (publ) decided on two separate redemption procedures to take place during 2023. The second redemption procedure is taking place between 7 September and 3 October 2023. The dividend amount was decided in EUR but will be paid to shareholders in SEK. The amount per share will be announced in a press release on 6 September 2023.

Dividend:

Payment to shareholders is made at EUR 0.218 per redemption share and occasion, corresponding to a total of EUR 0.436 for the two redemption procedures. The first redemption procedure was completed in June 2023. Cash payment of the redemption amount will be carried out in SEK and the exact amount per share for the second redemption procedure will be announced in a press release on 6 September.
