Biokraft International AB (Publ) will call for early redemption of its senior secured floating rate green bonds due 2026 with ISIN SE0015812441

Biokraft International AB (publ) (formerly Scandinavian Biogas Fuels International AB (publ) (“Biokraft”) today announces that the holders of its senior secured floating rate green bonds in an aggregate principal amount of up to SEK 1,200,000,000 due 2026 (ISIN: SE0015812441) (the “Bonds”) will be notified that Biokraft will exercise its right to call for early redemption of the Bonds in accordance with clause 9.4 of the terms and conditions of the Bonds. The redemption notice will be sent to the Bondholders on 19 June 2024.

The early redemption is unconditional and the redemption date is 11 July 2024. The redemption amount, together with accrued and unpaid interest up to and including the redemption date, will be paid to each person who is registered as a bondholder on 4 July 2024 in the debt register maintained by Euroclear Sweden.

In connection with the redemption, the Bonds will be cancelled and delisted from Nasdaq Stockholm.
