BoMill Announces Outcome of Subscription in Warrant-Based Incentive Program
At the Annual General Meeting of BoMill AB (the “Company”) held on May 8, 2026, the shareholders resolved to implement a second long-term incentive program for employees of the Company in the form of warrants of series 2026/2029:1 (the “Warrants”).
