Swedish agritech company BoMill AB secures another step in its global market outreach by signing an agreement with Russian grain processing and production company JSC Metelitca (part of Transchemexport Group). As the first step in this collaboration, JSC Metelitca has placed an order where BoMill’s unique technology and its grain sorting equipment IQ will be installed in the company’s new state-of-the art pre-cleaning grain processing plant in the Novosibirsk region.

Russia is the world’s leading grain exporter with a total of over 42 million tons exported yearly (Grain Market Report, International Grains Council, Jan 2021). With the objective of competitive advantage in the grain market, JSC Metelitca is now being modernized to include a new, advanced pre-cleaning plant for grain sorting and handling. To be able to meet the high-level requirements on food safety and quality, BoMill’s grain sorter IQ will be installed in the plant. The order value for BoMill is approximately EUR 45,000.
